Read this information carefully.
Prior to using the infrared lamp, all packaging material
must be removed.
The infra-red lamp may only be connected to a mains
supply that has the voltage indicated on the model
identification label.
Close your eyes when exposing your face to the
rays.
The infra-red lamp should not be used after you have
taken painkillers or tranquilizers or consumed alcohol;
this could reduce your sensitivity to heat. Consult your
doctor before using the lamp.
Children do not recognize the potential dangers invol-
ved in the use of electrical devices. In general, ensure
that the device is not used by children without appro-
priate supervision.
The infra-red lamp must not be either completely or
partly covered when it is hot. Before touching the device,
always disconnect it from the mains and allow it to cool.
The maximum permissible proximity of the infra-red
lamp to flammable objects is approx. 80 cm. Do not hang
the device from the wall or from the ceiling.
When the device is connected to the mains, it must not
be touched with wet or damp hands; splashes of water
must not make contact with the device. The infra-red
lamp may only be used when it is absolutely dry.
Protect the infra-red lamp against bumps and knocks.
In the event of damage to the mains cable and the
housing, consult your stockist; special tools are required
in order to carry out repairs.
