01.01 General information

HOESCH products set new standards in quality, comfort and design. Complying with the following instructions
will guarantee optimum function and a long service life. Every shipment is closely inspected before it leaves the factory.
Before beginning with insallation, make sure that the shipment is complete. Our products are subject to technical
alterations. All dimensions are in mm. No liability can be accepted for use other than the intended purpose, improper
transport or damage occurring during intermediate storage. In all other respects, our current guarantee conditions
for HOESCH Whirlpools and Roman Steam Bath Sets apply.
SteamBox 330 is supplied with a steam generator, an integrated operating panel, an electric cable with power plug,
a steam hose and a steam jet.
The steam bath set is an electrically powered, high-quality unit. It guarantees full steam for fitness, health and smooth
skin. It is operated using an integrated switch for Steam On and Unit On/Off. The level is indicated by means of LEDs.
The electrical components are integrated in the housing. The water supply is manual. Manual draining is possible
by means of the drain cock . for cleaning purposes, for example.
For the safety reasons this device should not be used by physically and mentally disabled people (and children) or by
people without relevant experience or knowledge, unless they use it, under supervision of relevant persons or get the
instruction how to use it.
Children should use this product only under adult supervision.

Installation and repair should be performed only by authorized service. It should be noted that a backflow protection
device willingly (EN61770) (VDE 0700 Part 600) in water connection must be provided by the user.

01.02 Function

The steam bath set functions without pressure. The stainless steel heating elements integrated in the steam tank
are operated electrically and work according to the principle of resistance heating. This principle is practically
independent of the water quality.
The set is operated by means of switches integrated in the unit:
1. Unit ON/OFF
2. Steam ON/OFF
The current water level in the unit is visually displayed by means of control lamps in the hood of the unit. The steam
set is filled manually by means of a funnel tube.
The electrical components are integrated in the housing. Manual draining is possible by means of the drain cock,
for cleaning purposes, for example.
