Only operate the appliance when

the attachment body is mounted
and locked in place.
Risk of injury due to sharp blades!
Do not touch the blades of the

mincing knife.
Never put your fingers or any

other object into the feeding
chute. Only use the pusher to
add foods. Never use your fin-
gers or other objects.
Only operate the appliance with

the attachment body mounted.
CAUTION

Allow the appliance to cool down and
then when processing for longer
periods of time to avoid overheating.

Only operate the reversing button (7)
for a maximum of 10 seconds (see
the chapter Clearing blockages
(page 15) because otherwise the
motor could be damaged.

Only operate the reversing button
after the drive motor has come to a
complete standstill.
Overload protection
The motor is protected from overload by a
thermal protection switch. It automatically
shuts off when there is an overload. In this
case, do the following:
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Let the appliance cool down.
3. Press the motor protection switch
(red pushbutton on the bottom of
the appliance).
4. Plug the appliance back in to start
working again.
