Instructions
•
The appliance is designed for the mashing and mixing of
food and drinks.
•
Chop up large pieces of solid food before mashing (max. Ø
1.5 cm) and add a little liquid.
•
The appliance is designed to process only small quantities
of food! Fill the container with the maximum quantities
specified in the table!
•

•
Adapt the capacity to the foaming behavior of the food to
be mixed. Decrease the amount if necessary.
•
Pay attention to the slowing down of the motor after
shutting off.
•
Short-time operating: Do not operate the appliance with
food for longer than 1 minute. Leave the device to cool
down for at least 10 minutes before using again.
Preparation
1. Take out all the parts carefully out of the packing.
2. Clean the device before using it for the first time as
described in "Cleaning".

Assembly
Assemble the motor housing and the hand blender as follows:
1. Position the hand blender with the white arrow next to the
symbol on the motor housing.
2. Turn the hand blender in the direction of the closed lock
until it locks in place.

Using the Device
1. Fill the food to be mixed into the mixing bowl (max. 500 g /
300 ml). Immerse the hand blender in the mixing bowl.
2. Electrical connection
•
Check whether the electrical voltage that you intend to
use is the same as that of the machine. Details are to
be found on the label on the base.
•
Only connect the machine to a properly installed safety
socket.
3. Please hold the device in such a way that you can operate
pushbutton I or pushbutton II with your fingers.
4. Press one of the buttons.
