With the streamON+ 4000 and 5000, the axles are at the front centre of
the pump basket and at the rear centre of the pump casing and both
housed in a rubber sleeve and can be removed completely (Abb. D
).

Thoroughly wash all the pump parts and clean using a EHEIM brush set
(order No. 4009560). Possible limescale deposits can be removed by
placing the pump parts for several hours into a 10 % citric acid solution.
Then rinse thoroughly and put all the pieces back together in reverse
order.
TIP: With the streamON+ 4000 and 5000, first plug a rubber sleeve onto
end of the axle and place the stopper disk in front of the rubber sleeve
(Fig. D
). Then push the pump wheel onto the axle and plug the front

rubber sleeve onto the axle.
Subsequently, put the completely assembled pump wheel into the
support in the pump basket and carefully plug the pump basket onto the
pump. When doing this take care that the back support (rubber sleeve )
sits correctly in the holder of the pump casing.
Guarantee
We shall give the ultimate buyer of this device a three-year guarantee
that begins on the date of delivery to him. This applies on the condition
that the certificate of guarantee was filled out by the dealer. This
guarantee covers material and installation errors but not damage due to
external influences or improper handling. It will be given at our own
option by replacement or repair of the defective parts.
Further claims towards us do not exist, in particular we shall not assume
any liability for consequential damage that arises due to this device
insofar as this is permitted by law. In the event of damage, send the
completed certificate of guarantee with the device to be checked to one
of our customer service offices or to the responsible agency.
