Warranty
Dear Customer,
The following are exempt from our manufacturer's warranty:
EN
Faults that result from improper use, normal wear or due to unauthorized people
incorrectly intervening in the product or not using suitable or perfectly working
third-party products.
Typical parts that are regularly subject to wear and insofar are not included in our
manufacturer's warranty are the battery and cutter head.
Faults that do not or only insignificantly affect the value or function are also exempt.
If a fault should result during the warranty period of one year after the purchase date,
which the manufacturer's warranty applies to, we reserve the right to repair or replace
the appliance.
A requirement for our manufacturer's warranty is that you send or hand us the prod-
uct and evidence of purchase (invoice document) within the warranty period.
