Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 bananas
• 60 gr sugar
• 120 c.c. water
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 70 gr. whipping milk cream
• 1 tablespoon corn flour
• 1 egg white until stiff
Put the sugar in a saucepan with water, put it on fire and let it boiling for five
minutes, add the corn flour dissolved with some cold water, stir until it is slightly
thickened, remove and let it cool. Wash the bananas with hot water, shred with
a fork, add lemon juice and add all to the mixture cooled before. Finally add the
heavy whipping cream and egg whites until stiff. Mix all very well, pour into the
device until it takes consistency.
Fruit Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 70 gr. sugar
• 150 ml. of water
• 100 gr. whipping cream
• 1 lemon juice
• 100 gr. pulp of fruit (peaches, pineapple or apricot)
• 1 tablespoon corn flour
Boil water and sugar for five minutes. Add the lemon juice and corn flour dissolved
in cold water, cook a few minutes, remove and let it cool. Add sifted fruits and
thick whipped cream, mix well, pour into the device until it gets the ice cream
consistency.
Cream ice cream
Ingredients:
• 300 ml. of milk
• 2 egg yolk
• 1 egg white
• 1 tablespoon corn flour
• 60 gr. sugar
• 85 gr. whipping cream
• 1 / 2 vanilla pod
Place in a saucepan the yolks, sugar and corn flour, beat it until it gets spongy,
add the boiled warm milk with vanilla pod, mix well, bring to a low flame and
stir constantly until it begins to thicken. Remove it before boiling. Let it cool.
Whip the cream, mix the egg whites gently until stiff and add to vanilla cream,
mix all carefully with the juice and put into the device until it gets the ice cream
consistency.
Lemon Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 70 gr. sugar
• 1 tablespoon of milk powder
• 175 c.c. water
• 2 gr. unflavoured gelatine
• 1 / 2 cup lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
• 30 gr. whipping milk cream unbeaten
• 1 egg white
Liquidize the sugar with the milk powder, add water, gelatin diluted in water,
lemon juice, essence and cream and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into the device until
it gets the ice cream consistency.
