INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY
STEP 1
Remove the basic frame from the box. Place it on a flat piece of ground. Insert the feet
onto the rear frame opening and turn them until the screw holes from the frame and the
feet are aligned with each other. Screw on the rear feet. For this you need the enclosed
screwdriver. Securely tighten the floor stand with the enclosed screws and repeat the
process with the other floor stand.
STEP 2
Fix the expander with the snap links directly in front of the tread surface to the slated
iron loops.
STEP 3
Screw the enclosed adjustment screw into the thread on the front side of the frame. The
height of the step surface can be adjusted with the adjustment screw. This changes the
step size and thus the degree of difficulty. Make sure that you can step all the way through
the step size. Otherwise faulty computer measurements may result. If needed, set the
step size back somewhat. Never adjust the height with force and never when anyone is
standing on the stepping surface.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATING THE COMPUTER
In the upper part of the computer, the STEP count is always displayed. You control all
other functions with the multifunction key.
Multifunction key
With this one pushbutton you can control all other functions of the computer. By pressing
it briefly you change between time, calorie consumption, total tread rate and the scan
function. The display of the corresponding function appears in the lower part of the dis-
play. In addition, a small arrow on the left or the right side shows you which function is
currently being carried out. By pressing the key for a longer period of time, you reset all
values to 0. This device automatically turns itself on when it receives a signal that the
stepper is being used. The device begins to count automatically (TIME, CALORIE, COUNT,
TTR). After 4 minutes without a signal, the computer turns itself off. The values achieved
are not lost. The computer continues to add up the values as long as the RESET button is
not pressed. If a maximum value is reached (see above), the count automatically begins
from 0 once again.

General workout principles
1. Consult your doctor before starting to exercise!
2. Warm up: Warm up before each training session. Walking or running on the spot and
light stretching exercises are excellent for warming up.
3. Breathing: Correct breathing plays an important role when exercising. Breathe calmly
and evenly. Never hold your breath while exercising.
4. Clothes and space: Wear comfortable sports clothing when exercising and ensure that
you have enough room around you for carrying out the exercises. Always wear sports
shoes; never exercise in bare feet, sandals, socks or tights.
5. Training tactics: Do not over-exert yourself and always match your exercises and the
scope of your training to your level of proficiency. Initially begin by exercising for just a
few minutes and slowly build up from week to week. Always take at least a day's break
between two exercise sessions. It is fundamental that you consult your doctor before
starting an exercise program.
6. Warm down: Use light stretching to warm down again after training. This allows the
pulse to drop slowly and allows the body to regenerate itself more quickly for the
next session, as the decomposition of metabolic wastes (lactates) is better achieved
through carrying out these movements at the end.
7. Health: Stop the exercise program immediately if you feel a tightening in your mus-
cles or any general pain when carrying out the exercises. For your own safety, please
contact a doctor.
Training instructions
Starting position: Stand with the soles of your feet on the respective stepper pedals. En-
sure that one pedal is in a lower position. At the same time, take one expander handle in
each hand. Stand up straight on your stepper. Do not lean against walls or other objects.
An overly inclined position may impair the stability of the stepper.
Movement: Always keep your upper body upright, with your feet, bottom and neck in line
with each other. Initially start exercising without the expanders and use slow steps until
you have gradually increased your tempo to your optimal training rate. You can use your
pulse as a guide for this. You can ask your doctor to advise you which range is the optimal
one for you. By exercising with the expanders at the same time, you can exercise different
muscles in your arms. Your arms should go in the opposite direction to your legs and you
should ensure that you always keep a tension in the expanders, i.e. never stick out or bend
your elbows too much. You can find various exercises in books and information leaflets.
Our tip - get information before starting to exercise.
Uses: Stepping is one of the most effective cardiovascular exercises. With the right inten-
sity, length and frequency, you can achieve physiological reactions such as a reduction in
blood pressure, moderation of your resting heart rate, reduction in your overall cholesterol
level and increased fat burning.
CAUTION! Allow yourself time to familiarise yourself with the product and make sure
you are maintaining a good posture. You could damage your health if you don't apply the
training principles or instructions correctly! Prevent children from using the equipment!
