• Do not touch the container or stainless steel housing.
Neither drain the oil nor move the fryer while the oil is
still hot.
• Do not leave the fryer unattended during operation.
• Take care with steam during use of the fryer and open
the lid.
• Do not place the fryer near hot plates or on them.
• Do not immerse the fryer in water to clean it.
• Always unplug the fryer after use it.

FIRST USE
Before first use we recommend cleaning
the tank and the basket with hot soapy
water. Thoroughly dry the tank before use. Do not use the fryer without oil, it would severely damage if
heated dry. This fryer has a thermal safety device, if it fails, fryer will shut down to avoid overheating.
For safe operation, you should not put too much food o utensils to prevent oil spill.
COVER
The steam given off the fryer during operation can cause burns on the hands or fingers. Open it carefully.
INDICATOR LIGHT
Thermostat is calibrated at the following temperatures: 130º, 150º, 170º y 190ºC, allowing you to choose the
temperature that suits the food to be fried.
The indicator light will light automatically while the temperature rises and it will shut down to reach the
chosen temperature in the thermostat.
