Indoor Temperature: Shows:
* current indoor temperature in degrees Celsius.
* minimum indoor temperature in degrees Celsius.
* maximum indoor temperature in degrees Celsius.
Outdoor Temperature: Shows:
* current outdoor temperature in degrees Celsius.
* minimum outdoor temperature in degrees Celsius.
* maximum outdoor temperature in degrees Ceisius.
* An arrow shows the temperature trend, i.e. whether
it rises or falls with respect to the last reading.
* When the minimum and maximum outdoor temperatures
are displayed, the time that these temperatures were
received by the Temperature Station are also shown on
the time display for 16 seconds from when the minimum
or maximum modes were entered. After 16 seconds the
time display will revert to the current time but the minimum
or maximum temperature will continue to be displayed.
Temperature Transmitter:
The LCD display shows the current temperature at the location it is in. The temperature is measured and
transmitted every 30 seconds and at each transmission the antenna icon (Y) will light briefly.

Wall mounting - Temperature Transmitter
The Temperature Transmitter is supplied with a holder that may be attached to a wall with the three
screws supplied. To attach to the wall follow the steps below:
1. Mark the wall using a pen through the holes in the holder to obtain exact drilling position.
2. Drill holes in the wall at points marked out.
3. Screw holder onto wall.
There is also double sided tape included with the wall mount. This can be used instead of drilling. Please
mount this on a smooth surface instead of a brick one. The surface can, however, affect the transmission
range, for example: if the unit is attached to a piece of metal then it may either reduce or increase the
transmitting range. For this reason we recommend not placing the unit on any metal surface or in any
position where a large metal surface is in the immediate proximity (garage doors, double glazing etc.).
Before securing in place please ensure that the Temperature Station can receive the signal from the
Temperature Transmitter from where you wish to situate them both.
The Temperature Transmitter clicks in or out of the wall holder easily. When inserting or removing the
Temperature Transmitter from the wall holder please hold both units securely whilst doing so.
Maintenance
* Extreme temperatures, vibration and shock should be avoided as they may damage both units.
* Clean displays and units with a soft damp cloth only. Do not use solvents or scouring agents as they
may mark the displays and casings.

The Temperature Transmitters range may be affected by the temperature. If it has been extremely cold
(under -25˚C) for an extended period of time then the temperature signal that is sent to the Temperature
Station may not be transmitter as far. Please bear this in mind when placing the Temperature Transmitter.
The LCD contrast on the unit may also be reduced and batteries are reduced in power during extended
sub-zero periods.
Please Note: The temperature transmissions will not be able to be received by the Temperature Station if
any other 433MHz products(headphones, speakers etc.) are working at the same time in the same area as
they both use the same frequency. Once the other product has been turned off the Temperature Station
will again receive the outdoor transmissions and this will then be displayed within a few minutes.
Wall mounting or table stand - Temperature Station
The Temperature Station is supplied with the table stand already attached to avoid the user having to
attach this. To remove this pull the stand away from the unit.
Alternatively the unit can be attached to a wall by using the hanging hole on the back of it. To hang it on
a wall correctly, the screw head should extend out of the wall by about 5mm. The unit is then placed on
this screw via its hanging hole so that it locks on.

* Do not submerge the Temperature Station in water.
* Immediately remove low power batteries to avoid leakage and damage to either unit. Replace only
with new batteries of the recommended size.
* Do not subject the units to unnecessary heat or cold, i.e. place in oven or freezer.
* Do not try and repair the unit, please return it to its point of purchase for repairing by a qualified
person. Opening the unit and tampering with it may invalidate its guarantee.
