3-1. Press SET to enter settings mode.

4. Weighing and measuring fat
4-1. After finishing confirming the settings, the scale will
display "0.0".
4-2. Stand on the scale and wait for the weight measure-
ment to settle on a final reading.
4-3. Next, four "0" will fade out one by one from left to
right as the scale finalizes its body measurement
calculations.
4-4. Once measurement is complete, the scale's display
will cycle through the calculated BMI, body fat, body
water, calories, bone mass, and muscle mass readings,
finally displaying weight and user info again before
automatically turning off.
