The mains-operated version of the illuminated magnifier
TWIN-Lux LED requires mains voltage. The series ERGO-
Lux i mobil contains a lithium polymer battery.
The ÖKOLUX plus mobil and the ERGO-Lux MP series
require three standard alkaline batteries; Type Micro,
1.5 Volt (LR3, AAA, AM-4).
The ÖKOLUX plus, MODULAR LED and TWIN-Lux LED
series requires three standard alkaline batteries; Type
Mignon 1.5 Volt (LR6, AA, AM-3).
The LED light-emitting diodes are subject to the most
stringent selection criteria. They have a lifespan of more
than 50.000 hours with continuous use. A replacement of
the LED is thus normally not required.
