Place the « ON/OFF » Switch (①) on position 1.
The green LED (②) lights ON and blinks all the time during operation.
The adjustment button (③) allows increasing the welding time depending on the tool used :
Star welding
Washer welding
Wavy wire welding
Ring welding
Contact shrinking
The Gyspot Accu is equipped with a gun with trigger. Pressing the trigger will start the welding.
Proceed as follows :
Connect the earth plate of the generator to the metal sheet to be straightened and follow the instructions below
• connect it as close as possible to the place to be welded.
• DO NOT connect it to a different part of the car body.
(Example: do not connect it on the door when working on the wing)
• ensure the metal sheet has been properly stripped at the connection point.
Strip the area where the metal is to worked.
Attach the required tool to the end of the gun, tightening the nut firmly, using the provided flat key size 27.
Adjust the welding time depending on the tool used (see paragraph above).
Make contact between the tool on the gun and the car body.
Press the trigger to start welding.
In star mode, the autonomy of the product is 550 spots with a 95Ah battery.
In the ring mode, the autonomy of the product is 350 spots with a battery of 95Ah. Do not make more than 100
spots in a row without stopping in this mode, as the cables and the battery may heat up.
In impact shrinking mode, the autonomy is 150 spots with a 95Ah battery. Do not make more than 50 spots in a
row in this mode, as the cables and the battery may heat up.

Switch off the product before taking off any metallic cover of the product.

Maintenance should only be carried out by a qualified person.

GYS recommends removing the steel cover 2 or 3 times a year to remove any excess dust. Take this opportunity to
have the electrical connections checked by a qualified person with an insulated tool.
