Wash the frying basket by hand with warm
water. Do not clean the frying basket in a dish
washer.
Remove light soiling using a damp cloth or with
warm soapy water.
Rinse any left-over detergent with cold water and dry
the surface well.
Do not clean the glass ceramic cover in a dish
washer.
Do not use an abrasive sponge or a scouring agent.
Nor should any chemically aggressive cleaners such
as oven sprays or stain removers be used.
