Descaling
In case of hard water, we recommend descaling the bottle warmer every four weeks. This helps you to
make sure that the appliance works perfectly.
▪ Mix 50 ml vinegar and 100 ml water in order to descale the bottle warmer.
▪ Leave the mixture for long enough until the limescale has been removed.
▪ Rinse the bottle warmer with clear water. Make sure not to submerge the appliance in water in the
process.

Potential cause
The mains plug is not plugged
in.
The device is not switched on.
There's no water in the baby
food and bottle warmer.
The content is very cold
(refrigerator temperature) or
frozen.
"Quick warm-up" programme is
selected.
Solution
Plug the mains plug in.
Switch the device on using the
Start/Stop button (A). A display
must light up over one of the
programme symbols (B-F).
Fill with drinking water to
the fill level of the content,
although no higher than the
"MAX" mark on the bottle
warmer (2).
Give the content time to warm
up. Check on a regular basis
whether the temperature of the
content is rising.
Allow the content to cool
down.
