Todas las máquinas electroportátiles VIRUTEX tienen una
garantía válida de 12 meses, a partir del día de suministro,
quedando excluidas todas las manipulaciones o daño
ocasionados por manejos inadecuados o por desgaste
natural de la máquina. Para cualquier reparación dirigirse
al servicio oficial de asistencia.

1. Before connecting the machine, ensure that the supply
voltage corresponds to that indicated on the rating plate.

4. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF
SLOTTING MACHINE CR94D
The main function of the machine is to slot doors and
windows without dismantling the fittings. It is ideal
for the placement of VIRUTEX insulating joints of
thermomeltable rubber and PVC.
It is equipped with a lateral support which enables the
slots to be made faster (Fig. 1).
5. TYPES OF MILLING
The slots must be made at the mobile parts, and three
different types can be distinguished.
1.-Window slot on the drip rail side (Fig. 2).
2.-Window and door slot on the hinge side (Fig. 3).
3.-Window and door slot on the lock side (Fig. 4).
6. ADJUSTING THE RABETTING DEPTH
Loosen knob (A) and use the regulation wheel (B) to adjust
the rabetting depth. Tighten knob (A) once more (Fig. 6).
7. ADJUSTING THE RABETTING HEIGHT
Loosen the securing knobs (D). Use the regulation wheel
(optional 1840051 D.55x3.5)
