In the normal position (position 0), you can wind the watch move-
ment by turning the crown clockwise. Always wind the watch fully,
until you feel the resistance of the crown. Your watch has a power
reserve of 48 hours. In order to achieve maximum precision, you
should wind your watch fully every day.
