Fitting polishing covers
The polishing machine is supplied with a fine and a
coarse polishing cover. The coarse cover is used to
apply the polishing-paste, the fine cover to polish it
up .
•
Put the machine on a table with the polishing
wheel pointing up.
•
Pull the relevant polishing cover over the
polishing-wheel.
•
Please observe, that the polishing cover should
sit firmly and evenly on the polishing-wheel.
Polishing
•
Fit the coarse polishing cover over the polishing-
wheel
•
Evenly apply the polishing paste on the surface
of the polishing cover.
•
Hold the polisher to the surface to be polished
and switch on the machine .
•
Move the polishing machine evenly and without
additional pressure over the surface to be
polished.
•
Always switch off the machine, before taking it
from the surface.
•
After polishing the whole car, remove the coarse
cover from the polishing wheel and fit the fine
cover .
•
Polish up the polishing paste in the same way
and order as you applied it before.
•
Confined parts have to be polished by hand.
Cleaning and maintenance
The polishing-maschine does not require any special
maintenance.
•
Regularly clean the ventilation-slots.
•
Regularly wash the polishing covers after each
use by hand only and leave them to dry in the air
.
•
If you are not going to use the machine for a
longer period, remove the polishing-covers from
the polisher and store the machine always with
the polishing-wheel pointing up.
2 years warranty
The warranty for this tool starts at the date of
purchase. Please provide your purchase bill as proof.
This warranty includes:

•
qualified service and installation
provided that the failure does not result of wrong
handling.

electrical tool in at a central recycling centre for
disposal.

Please contact your community waste collection
service or local authority to find out where you
can hand in your tool for recycling.

can be recycled. You will contribute to recycling
valuable raw materials by handing your tool in at
a central waste disposal centre.

Electric tools also contain substances that may
be harmful to the environment and humans if
disposed of inappropriately.
•
The no-go sign with the dustbin means that you
have a duty to take that article with the
sign to be recycled by a separate waste
collection facility for electrical and
electronic equipment.
