4. Material: Carbon fibre
The carbon word is a colloquial expression to mention the plastic material reinforced
with carbon fibre. Such material is composed by a mould of "epoxi" resin and a series of carbon
fibres adherent in varies alternative layers forming a desired shape.
The carbon fibre is a sintetic fibre made by filaments of dia. 5-10. And composed
mainly of carbon. Each carbon filament means the union of thousand carbon fibres.
We could make a more efficient design, directing the fibres in different areas by
realist simulations and exact analysis.
The Monty carbon frames are made handling the material in an efficient way, using it
when it is necessary and when no.

4.1. Correct handling of the carbon components
1. Not to fix any other additional component to the carbon tubes such as clips,
screws, staples or any other system which can make an extra weight
2. Never to set your bicycle into the fixing clamp of an assembling line
3. Have a special attention when you move or transport the bicycles with carbon fi-
bre frame.
4. The frames must be well protected using blankets or other means
5. Not to fit other items on the frame
6. Make sure the bicycle to be well fixed while it is moved or transported
Use the bicycle only for what it has been made.
5. Maintenance - Verificatión before using the bicycle for the first time
The bicycle has been assembled and checked at factory, however, it is advised to
verify, one more, the correct assembling and performing of the M5.
At the beginning, it is not necessary any kind of lubrication. The bicycle is provided to make the
first 100 Km. without any kind of maintenance, later on, one shall follow the below instructions.
