Removing the image surface
adjustment pin

Pull the image surface adjustment pins from the
projection lens.
When the projector is set on the floor or suspended,
pull the pins on ceiling side of the projection lens.
When the projector is set at the portrait orientation,
pull the pins on the side of the projection lens.
You can store the removed pins by putting them
into the screw holes near the removed positions.
You can prepare the image surface adjustment.
For details concerning adjustment, see "Image surface
adjustment" (page 28).

Notes
• When attaching the projection lens, put the projector
on the floor.
• When attaching the projection lens, do not press the
LENS RELEASE button.

Fully insert the projection lens with the index on the
lens facing toward the top surface of the projector.
Note
When attaching the projection lens, carry it grasped
with both hands as shown in the illustration.

Rotate the lens clockwise until it clicks.
