8.2 | Manual control
In the following cases, the unit must be started up in manual mode:
8.2.1
When sterilising or drying small items, e.g. socks, which do not cover the infrared sensors.
8.2.2
If the automatic control fails.
To turn the dryer on and off, press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons together. If you start up the dryer in
manual mode, you cannot adjust the sterilising or drying time or the drying temperature while the unit
is running. Time and temperature must be set before you manually start up the unit (8.3 Settings)
8.3 | Settings
You can preset the Dryer before automatic or manual start-up. The sterilisation time, drying time and
drying temperature can each be set as described below.
Plug in the Dryer but DO NOT start it up, either automatically or manually.
8.3.1 | Setting the operating time and temperature
One short press on the Setting button calls up the 3 settings on the display (STZ, MIN, DRY).
These are displayed one after the other by pressing the button repeatedly. You can also begin by
resetting one or all three parameters.

8.3.2 | Setting the Sterilisation Time (STZ MIN)
Briefly press the set button until
Then press the "+" button to increase the sterilisation time or the "-" button to reduce it. The shortest
sterilisation time which can be set is 0 minutes, and the longest is 15 minutes.
8.3.3 | Setting the Drying Time (DRY MIN)
Briefly press the set button until
Then press the "+" button to increase the drying time or the "-" button to reduce it. The shortest drying
time which can be set is 0 minutes, and the longest is 99 minutes.
8.3.4 | Setting the Drying Temperature (DRY °C)
Briefly press the set button until
Then press the "+" button to increase the drying temperature or the "-" button to reduce it. The lowest
temperature which can be set is 40°C, and the highest is 70°C.
