rature of the appliance has dropped to a safe level before transport or any maintenance work.
•
Before working with the unit, make sure that the waste container is in the correct position and is
empty. During operation, the contents of the container should be checked to avoid overfilling.
•
When working with the appliance, the operator's hands must be dry (to avoid liquid droplets dropping
from hands to the hob)
•
Keep the work surface clean. Charred residues of cooked dishes should be removed from the hob
immediately with a scraper. Also make sure that excess grease is not present on the surface of the
appliance.
•
To avoid damage to the cooking hob, the finished food must be transported to the target dish using
accessories made of wood or plastic. Avoid using metal accessories for this purpose.

•
This cover should only be used as a subassembly fitted on the grill hobs, to which it is dedicated
(9731100, 9731200, 9731300). Do not install it on other devices or use it loose.
•
Only install the cover when the power is off and the grill hob is cooled down

Closed housing
•
Open lid, steadily based on bumpers
During operation, the cover of the grill hob heats up (Fig. 6). In order to avoid burns, it must be opened/
closed in protective gloves resistant to high temperatures. Also be careful of the hot air that may come out
of the openings in the lid, especially just after opening the shutter.
•
Do not insert anything into the device through the shutter openings; be careful not to pinch your fingers
while handling the shutter.
•
Do not wash the appliance under running water.
