Removing the battery pack

Fault
The suction
power is low.
Dust is emitted
from the vents.
If you are unable to resolve the problem with the device with these steps, con-
tact the manufacturer at the service address specified on the warranty card.

Removing the battery pack
WARNING!
Risk of short circuit!
If the battery pack is not completely discharged when removed
and there is an electrically conductive connection between the
battery contacts, there is a risk of a short circuit!
− Make sure that there is no electrically conductive
connection between the battery contacts.
− Completely discharge the battery pack before you remove
it. To do so, operate the vacuum cleaner until it no longer
functions.
− Disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the mains adapter
before you remove the battery pack.

Cause
The dust bin is full or the
filters are plugged.
The vacuum cleaner is not
fully charged.
There is a hole in the dust
filter.
Solution
− Empty the dust bin.
− Clean the filters and the
vents as described in the
chapter "Cleaning".
Charge the vacuum cleaner
as described in the chapter
"Charging the vacuum cleaner".
Order a new dust filter. For this,
contact the manufacturer at the
service address specified on the
warranty card.
