The stub pipe should have a minimum height of 30 cm.
10. Installation
■ Connect compressed air supply pipe to air intake [4-20].
■ Connect breathing air pipe to air outlet [4-19].
■ Connect electrical connection [4-21] to the power mains.
11. First Use
When commissioning the breathing air pipe for the first time, it must be
flushed thoroughly with a suitable disinfectant cleaning agent to remove
particles of dirt and germs from the breathing air pipe.
■ Flush breathing air pipe (see chapter 13.5).
12. Normal Operation
12.1. Fill tank without optional demineralised water supply
Remove tank
Notice!
When the bypass is activated, the main switch must not be set to "0"
(see chapter 12.4).
■ Set main switch [4-24] to "0".
■ Close main air valve [4-22].
■ Open ball valve [4-17] for the tank bleeder.
■ Disconnect quick coupling tank inlet [4-7] and quick coupling tank outlet
[4-10].
■ Open the quick connections of the heating sleeve [4-13] and carefully
remove the tank.
■ Unlock the clamp [4-9] and remove the tank lid [4-8].
■ Clean the tank (see chapter 13.1).
Insert tank
■ Fill with demineralised water until the water level in the indicator hose
[4-16] corresponds with the level display [4-12] (max. 10 l).
■ Put the lid [4-8] on the tank and lock with the clamp [4-9].
■ Insert tank [4-11] in SATA AB1.
