Initial operation

Installing the keyboard

PLEASE NOTE!
Please observe the notes in the section „Safety instructions" on page 4.
 Switch on the computer and all peripheral devices (monitor, printer, external mo-
dem, etc.).
 Insert the USB plug of the connection cable into a free USB port on your computer.
 Now position the keyboard so you can work comfortably with it.

Keyboard feet

At the back of the keyboard are two fold-out feet that can be used to adjust the angle
of the keyboard.

The typewriter keypad comprises keys with numeric, alphanumeric and special charac-
ters. The keys are arranged in the same way as on a typewriter.
