more than 4 minutes. Switch off the
appliance afterwards and allow the motor to
cool down for 15 minutes.
Switch settings
The appliance is equipped with a multi-stage
switch.
The following settings may be selected:

high speed
When mixing light and liquid mixtures or
when stirring in any ingredients, settings 1
and 2 should be used.
For stirring and kneading, it is best to use
settings 3 to 5.
For heavy dough mixtures, setting 5 must

be used.
General information
Before using for the first time clean the
●
attachments.
Depending on the quantity of
●
ingredients, use a sufficiently deep bowl.
Any bowl, round container or glass is
●
suitable, provided it is scratch-proof and
the attachments can rotate freely inside.
Once the attachments are fitted, take the
●
blender in hand and position the
attachments inside the container filled
with the ingredients.
Use your thumb to switch on the unit.
●
Once processing is finished, or if you wish
●
to interrupt the operation, switch off first
before lifting the attachments out of the
mixture.
Beater attachments
For light and liquid mixtures such as crèmes,
mashed potatoes, egg white or cream, insert
one or both beaters into the openings on the
underside of the blender and push them
gently upwards until they lock into place.
Kneading hooks
For kneading dough, the kneading hooks
must be used. The hook with the integrated
plate must be inserted into the opening with
the corresponding symbol next to it.
Ejecting the attachments
The beaters or dough hooks are
automatically detached when the release
button is pressed.
General care and cleaning
Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is

disconnected from the power supply.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not

clean the appliance with water and do
not immerse it in water.
The housing may be wiped with a damp,
●
lint-free cloth.
The beaters and kneading hooks may be
●
cleaned using hot water and a mild
detergent.
Disposal
Do not dispose of old or defective
appliances in domestic garbage;
this should only be done through
public collection points.
Guarantee
This product is guaranteed against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of
two years from the date of purchase. Under
this guarantee the manufacturer undertakes
to repair or replace any parts found to be
defective, providing the product is returned
to one of our authorised service centres. This
guarantee is only valid if the appliance has
been used in accordance with the
instructions, and provided that it has not
been modified, repaired or interfered with
by any unauthorised person, or damaged
through misuse.
