2 chipotle peppers, seeds and ribs removed, minced, more or less to taste
1 tablespoon chipotle pepper adobo sauce, more or less to taste
Pick through, rinse and soak beans overnight, or quick-soak beans in 2 cups
Add drained, soaked beans and the remaining ingredients to the 1.5 Qt.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
For a thicker, creamier texture, after cooking is complete, remove a portion
of the beans from the Slow Cooker in a small bowl. Mash with a potato masher
