Temperature setting
Temperature setting using the control dial:
You can set the desired shower temperature using the control dial.
Turn the dial counter-clockwise to lower the temperature.
Turn the dial clockwise to raise the temperature.
The temperature changes in 0.5 °C or in 1°F steps per "click" of the
control dial.
After entering a new temperature a wave animation immediately appears
above the digit. It disappears after the desired temperature is reached (ill.
3).
The unit will display the temperature that has been set.
Temperature setting by tapping the digit on the display:
Tap the number on the display.
A temperature bar opens (ill. 1).
By tapping + and - you can change the temperature in 0.5 °C or 1°F
steps.
Confirm the desired temperature with OK (ill. 2) or by pressing the digits.
If you do not confirm the temperature, the bar disappears after 3 seconds.
After entering a new temperature a wave animation appears above the
number. It disappears after the desired temperature is reached (ill. 3).
Generally the temperature can be selected within the range of 5°C to
48°C / 41°F to 120°F.
A standard scalding protection is set at 42°C / 108°F. A warning window
appears (ill. 4) if a temperature above this value is set.
You can bypass the scalding protection in this window by pressing Yes,
or you can close the window by presisng No. The window automatically
closes after 3 seconds if nothing is entered.
You can raise the temperature to 48°C / 120°F if the scalding protection
is switched off by pressing Yes.
The sensitivity of the temperature increase is now lower. For every 0.5°C
the control dial must be turned 4 "clicks".
