Contact with a hot
engine or exhaust system can cause
serious burns or fires. Let the engine
and muffler cool before storing the
generator.
NOTE:
All
maintenance parts (e.g. oil, filters, etc.)
that are periodically replaced. These
used parts may contain substances that
are regulated and must be disposed of in
accordance with local and national laws
and regulations.

Clean generator's exterior
Check oil level
Change oil
Clean air filter
Clean spark plugs
Check fuel line, hose
clamps and fuel tank
Spark arrestor
Oil leak inspection
Sediment cup
Clean fuel tank and filter
Check for unusual noise/vibration
Check and adjust valve clearance
(.15 mm intake, .2 mm exhaust)
Prepare unit for Storage
* T he engine oil must be changed after the first 20 hours or operation. Thereafter
change oil every 150 hours of operation or monthly, whichever comes first.
