and operation of the device. Please take some time to read through the instructions ca-

1. Designated Use
The Marten Free Indoor LED device generates sounds in the frequency range between
12 and 23 kHz at intervals of 15 seconds on and off. Additionally it generates 4 seconds
of flash light every 30 seconds. The sounds and light are most irritating to martens and
cats. The irritation is so disturbing and uncomfortable that they will soon leave the pro-
tected area and stay away. It is also effective against mice, rats and other rodents. Any
other use as the mentioned is not permitted! No liabilities will be taken for damages or
consequential damages or claims resulting out of not reading and/or not following the
user guide and/or any form of modification on or in the product. Under these circum-
stances, no warranty services will be granted.
2. Safety Instructions
• Electrical appliances, packaging materials, etc. do not belong in the hands of child-
ren. Children may not play with the device.
• The device may only be used with the stated voltage: 220V – 240V AC / 50 - 60Hz
• The device may only be used by children over eight years and people with reduced phy-
sical, sensory or mental capabilities, or the lack of knowledge or experience, if they are
supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the device by a person responsible
for their safety and have understood the dangers resulting out of the use.
• Repairs may only be made with original spare parts to avoid serious damage. If ori-
ginal parts are not used the device can become dangerous and warranty and CE be-
