EXTERNAL HYDRAULIC
CIRCUIT RECOMMENDED
After having viewed the internal circuits
of the ANR unit, we recommend instal-
ling the following components, depen-
ding on the version you have chosen:
6.3.2 Versions (H°)
(without storage tank and pumps)
- Pump
- Inertial storage tank
- Priming unit
- Expansion tank
- Safety valve
- Air valve
- Blowdown valve
- Manual on-off valves
- High pressure flexible joints
- Pressure gauge
6.3.3 Versions (HP)
(with pump)
- Inertial storage tank
- Priming unit
- Blowdown valve
- Manual on-off valves
- High pressure flexible joints
- Pressure gauge

POSITION OF HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS
ANR 0502-0802-0902 ( H - HA - HK - HP )
Hydraulic connections
A1 = In female Ø1"1/4
A2 = Out female Ø1"1/4
A3 = Holes for the electrical connection
ATTENTION
Wash the system thoroughly before connecting the heat pump. This cleaning will eliminate any residues such as welding drips,
scale, rust, or other impurities from the piping. These substances can also deposit inside and cause poor operation of the machine.
The connection piping must be adequately supported so that its weight is not borne by the appliance.
6.3.4 Versions (HA-HK)
(with storage tank and pump)
- Priming unit
- Manual on-off valves
- High pressure flexible joints
- Pressure gauge
NOTE
THE HYDRAULIC PIPES FOR CON-
NECTION TO THE MACHINE MUST
BE ADEQUATELY SIZED FOR THE AC-
TUAL WATER FLOW RATE REQUIRED
BY THE PLANT IN OPERATION AND
TO GUARANTEE A CONSTANT FLOW
TO THE PLATE EXCHANGER. THE IN-
STALLATION OF MANUAL ON-OFF
VALVES BETWEEN THE UNIT AND
THE REST OF THE PLANT IS TO BE
CONSIDERED MANDATORY IN ALL
MODELS AND VERSIONS; FAILURE
TO DO SO WILL VOID THE WARRAN-
TY.
6.3.5 HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
START-UP
- -
Before starting the machine,
check that all the hydraulic connec-
tions have been made correctly and
that the indications on the rating pla-
1277
1185
135
tes are followed.
- Check that the hydraulic system is
filled and under pressure, and also
make sure that no air is present; if
so, bleed it.
- Verify that any on-off valves present
in the system are correctly opened.
- Verify the correct operation of the
differential flow meter/differential
pressure switch or hydraulic pressu-
re; when the on-off valve (WHICH WE
RECOMMEND INSTALLING AT THE
OUTLET OF THE EXCHANGER) is clo-
sed, the block should be displayed, at
the end re-open the valve and reset
the block.
- Make sure that the circulation pump
is operating and that the flow rate
of the water is sufficient to close
the contact of the flow/pressure
switch.
- Check the flow rate, measuring the
difference in pressure between in-
let and outlet of the evaporator, and
then calculate the flow rate with the
evaporator Head Loss diagram pre-
sent in the Aermec documentation.
