Unsatisfactory washing results.
The machine drains as soon as it fills
with water.
No water appears in the drum during
washing.
The laundry contains detergent
residue.
Gray stains appear on the laundry.
The spin dry does not occur or is

The dirtiness of the laundry does not
correspond to the chosen cycle.

maximum machine capacity.
Hard water. (Contaminated, water
containing calcium, etc.)
Uneven distribution of laundry in the
machine.
The end of the drain hose is too low
compared to the machine position.

The water is hidden in the lower part
of the drum.
Un-dissolved particles from certain
detergents may adhere to your
laundry leaving white stains.
These stains could be caused by oil,
cream or ointment.
No malfunction. The unbalanced load
control system was activated.
Choose the appropriate cycle for the
dirtiness of your laundry. (See the
washing cycle tables.)
Adjust the quantity of detergent
based on the dirtiness of the laundry.
Load your machine without exceeding
the maximum load.
Adjust the quantity of detergent
based on the manufacturer's
instructions.
Distribute the laundry evenly in the
machine.
Place the drain hose at a suitable

the "RINSE" cycle on your machine,
or clean the stains using a brush after
drying the laundry.

Spinning will begin once your laundry
has been re-distributed. Place the
laundry in the machine more evenly
the next time.
