must correspond to the
voltage of the mains
power supply.
Extension cables, coupling
connectors and adapters
must not be used when
picking up and removing
flammable dust.
•
Ensure that the
cleaner is switched
and insert the plug
off
of the mains lead into
a properly installed
and fused plug socket
with earthing contact.
Connecting Electric
Tools
•
Connect the electric
tool to the appliance
plug socket on the
control panel
(Fig. 5).
Before connecting
or disconnecting a
tool, ensure that the
tool is switched off.
Maximum power
consumption of the
electric tool to be
connected, see table
'Technical Data'.
According to the
regulations, only dust
generators which have
been tested for use
with dust may be
connected, e.g., the
Wap electric suction
brush, order no.

pneumatic tool to the
10
upper quick coupler
on the control panel.
•
Connect the
compressed air supply
to the lower nipple
(Fig. 6).
Before connecting a
tool, ensure that the
tool is switched off.
Working pressure of
the pneumatic tool to
be connected, see
table 'Technical Data'.
Picking up dry
Substances
Before picking up dry
substances, the filter bag
should always be installed
in the tank (for order no.,
see section 'Technical
data'). It is then easy to
dispose of the material
picked up. If the air flow
speed drops to below 20
m/s in the suction hose,
an acoustic signal is
emitted for safety reasons
(->Troubleshooting).
After picking up liquids,
the filter element is damp.
Damp filter elements can
clog more quickly when
dry substances are picked
up. For this reason, the
filter element should be
dried or replaced with a
dry element before
picking up dry substances.
Picking Up Liquids
Before picking up liquids,
the filter bag must always
be removed from the
tank.
The use of a separate filter
element is recommended.
Inflammable liquids must
not be picked up with the
cleaner!
If foaming is observed,
stop work immediately
and empty the tank.
