Troubleshooting

Fault / error
Device cannot be started or
plasma stops during operation
If these actions do not remedy the problem, please contact Relyon Plasma GmbH.

Cause
Mains failure.
Mains fuse triggered.
Mains plug not making contact
correctly.
Mains plug is defective.
There is an internal error.
Piezo crystal broken, the
plasma generator is defective.
Shutdown due to overheating.
Rectification
Check electrical power supply.
Check mains fuse.
Check seat of mains plug.
Replace mains plug.
De-energise device. Switch on
again.
Contact customer service.
Allow the plasma generator to
cool down. Ensure that the fan
grille is not covered so that
enough ambient air can be
drawn in.
