Downloading Your Results

We offer a variety of ways to help you download your test results. For information on ACCU-CHEK software,
call the ACCU-CHEK Customer Care Service Center at 1-800-858-8072.
You can transfer your stored test results to track, identify patterns, and print.

Transferring Data

Follow the instructions to prepare for your method of downloading.
Make sure your program is ready to accept data from the meter.
1. Locate the infrared (IR) window on the top of the meter.
2. Locate the IR window on the infrared cable.
3. Point the two IR windows toward each other. They should be 1 to 4 inches apart.
4. With the meter off, press and release
5. Two arrows appear on the display. As the downloading begins, the arrows flash.
When the download is complete, the meter turns off.
