BURNER USE
1.
Open the bottle's regulator.
2.
Turn the valve to "open" position then ignited the burner by external means such as fire igniter.
3.
If the burner has not lit, turn off the control valve, waits 5 minutes and repeat step1.
4.
Once the burner is lit, you can regulate the flame to its most convenient level.

To turn the stove off: turn the cylinder valve or regulator switch to the OFF position and then turn all
control valves off.
WARNING: Never put your head or your body above the turned-on stove when you light it on or cook. This

CLEANING-MAINTENANCE
To ensure the proper functioning of your appliance, it must be cleaned regularly and with care as indicated
below:
- Enamel or painted parts: wash with soap and water, rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Abrasive substances
must not be used;
- Chrome-plated parts: wash with soap and water, rinse and dry. If necessary, use appropriate liquid
detergents, but never abrasive ones.
- Burner: wash with soap and water and dry: after cleaning, make sure that all the flame-spreader holes are
clean and unblocked.
- Clean all accessible burner parts after every use.
- Never leave any residue on the surface.
- WARNING: never use abrasive detergent products
- In the event of prolonged non-use of the appliance, it should be stored away in its packaging and kept in
a clean and dry place.
- If the holes of the burners and the Venturi tube are blocked, never use metallic objects to unblock them.
The diameter of the holes might be altered and lead to the malfunctioning of the appliance. For example,
use compressed air.
- In the event of any technical problem, please contact the installer or a specialized technician.
- All appliance components and parts may only be replaced by a specialized technician.
WARNINGS
- If the taps open or close with difficulty, do not force them and contact the technical assistance service.
- Check regularly the state of the gas connection, and, if necessary, replace it.
- If the appliance is not going to be used for a long period of time, turn off the general gas supply.
