Depending on the situation, individual fall protection must be
observed even during set-up. The installation direction can be
chosen in accordance with Fig. 2. The working area (effective
direction of a fall) is within the radius shown in fig. 3 which extends
to 45° from the vertical. Any swing due to an ascent or descent
which is not vertical (45°) to the anchor (worst case direction of fall)
must be avoided at all costs.

Use of the beam clamp is only permitted for the purposes explained
in this document. No modifications must be made to the products.
Equipment subjected to a fall must be withdrawn from use
immediately. The general service life must, as part of the checks
carried out, be evaluated by specialist personnel on a case-by-
case basis. Based on the type of application, regular checks must
be carried out at least once a year by an expert or qualified
specialist personnel. Always clean with warm water (40°C) and a
mild soap solution, then rinse well with clear water, dry naturally
and keep away from direct heat. Only to be serviced by SKYLOTEC-
authorised service centres.
2.) BEAMTAC 2.0
The BEAMTAC 2.0 is an anchor point according to EN 795/B; CEN/
TS16415 for the use of two persons and has a type approval
according to ANSI / ASSE Z359.18-2017 for the use of one person.
In addition, the BEAMTAC 2.0 has been tested to BS 7985:2013
with 15 kN and thus can be used for "ROPE ACCESS WORK".
