B: GRIDDLE
1. Normally, the grill is opened at an angle of 105 degree as shown in Fig.1. The top grill
plate can be level with the bottom grill plate to create a large cooking surface as shown
in Fig.2. Holding the handle with one hand, push the lift lever upwards with the other
hand to the position where the top plate is in laying position.
2. Make sure the drip box is placed on the table and under the grill assemble during
operation, so it can collect the oil residues flowing out from the grill plates (see fig.2).
3. Wipe the grill plates with a little oil or butter, and then close it. Do not use low fat for
spreading as it may result in the food burning.
