Dust extraction
Dust created while using the machine is a health hazard. Accordingly, always use a dust
extraction unit and wear a dust mask while working.
Plug the dust extractor into the machine, using the nozzle provided on the extraction hood.

To ensure the extraction hose is proper-
ly secured, the hose locking pin can be used
to stop it being pulled free of the nozzle.

To do so, you will need to drill a hole
in the hose cuff. Proceed as follows:
Insert the hose into the exhaust outlet on the
hood.

Now mark and drill a hole for the hose
pin 6 mm in diameter and 13 mm away from
your mark (line).
ring, insert the hose and then twist the hose
until the pin locks into place in the hole in the
hose cuff.
