Washing instructions
The garment can be machine
washed using a gentle cycle and
dried on a low heat setting.
To extend the life of the garment,
hand wash and drip dry.

Wearing recommendation
If experiencing any pain,
immediately remove the garment
and consult your physician.
The garment should never hurt. It
should feel firm but comfortable.
The circaid compression anklet
may be worn day and night, but
removal is recommended if
experiencing discomfort when
lying down.
Donning
If using the circaid compression
anklet make sure that you have
already applied a circaid leg
garment and a circaid
undersleeve. To avoid
uncomfortable wearing due to
wrinkles in the undersleeve
ensure that the bottom part of
the circaid undersleeve is folded
over the bottom part of the
circaid leg garment.
Step 1: For an easier application,
slide your hand into the circaid
compression anklet and turn it
inside out just up to the heel.
