Installation Examples
NOTE
Also read the operating instructions of your pump (refer to the
"General operating instructions for ProMinent motor-driven
metering pumps and hydraulic accessories").
When used as a backpressure valve for avoiding resonance
fluctuations: Mounting at end of metering line or adjust setting
pressure > line pressure loss.
In connection with a pulse damper, only use for metering against
atmospheric pressure and for short metering cycles!
NOTE
Use type DHV-RM for applications involving pulse dampers against
backpressure or in long lines.
Examples:
1. Use as backpressure valve for generating a constant
backpressure.
2. Use as an overflow valve to protect the system.
3. Use in conjunction with pulsation damper to facilitate
low-pulsation metering.
