Pressure-treated garden wood which has a very high moisture content after production due to the process
tends to get stains and surface mould during storage. These neither destroy the wood nor affect its strength.
The mould can be removed with a brush, for example, after the wood has dried.
4.4. Installation information
Please observe section 3.4. "Safety information"!
This must be considered before installation!
When marking out your pool at the planned site, pay particular attention to the location of the existing electric
and water connections and determine the location of the skimmer or plant room accordingly.
This must also be taken into account when arranging the first layer of boards. The location of the swimming
pool must be firm and completely level; any slopes must therefore be smoothed out.
If the measured height differences deviate from one another by more than 1.0 cm, the substrate was
incorrectly prepared.
The swimming pools incl. plant room 594.4070 / 594.4085 require foundations for reinforcement supports
according to the installation instructions. Their creation must be incorporated into the aforementioned process.
Once the ground has been successfully height-adjusted/levelled, the height and horizontal position of the
foundations must be marked out.
This must be considered during installation!

Installing the swimming pool
Note: It must also be checked during the installation process whether the pool is absolutely horizontal.
If the measured values deviate from one another by more than 1.0 cm, the substrate was incorrectly
prepared.

Installation of the swimming pool inner liner
Swimming pool inner liners are made of PVC film.
In general, swimming pool liners are somewhat smaller than the dimensions of the pool. This is necessary to
achieve a wrinkle-free fit. If the lining is somewhat taut after installation, this will not have any effect on its
durability. The liner will give when filled with water, as it is able to stretch by around 20%.
The PVC inner liner of your swimming pool is made of thermoplastic material. You should therefore ensure
that your swimming pool is built in outside temperatures of +15°C to +25°C.
Also, do not fit the inner liner during blazing sunshine ("blue sky"); wait until evening.
Please note:
1) Shoes with a smooth sole should be worn when installing the inner liner, although socks or bare feet
would be even better. All tools or other sharp objects must be removed from clothing to prevent the
risk of damage. Please note that the liner is smooth and that there is a risk of slipping.
2) Before the inner liner is placed in the pool in the polysack, the base must be free from stones and any
unevenness. These would later lead to damage to the liner during cleaning and can also adversely
affect the appearance. We therefore recommend using protective felt to protect the liner.
3) Important: To prevent the formation of red or black algae from the subsoil, which manifests itself in
the form of large dark brown or black areas on the base, we recommend using a protective
polyethylene liner as a barrier (not included in the scope of delivery). Should black or brown spots
appear after some time on a pool base which does not have a PE liner, these can be removed with a
