a break of at least 10 minutes. When kneading yeast dough, set the speed selector to 1 or 2, then set it to
6 or 7 for best results. Once the mixture is complete, rotate the speed selector to position 0 and pull the
plug out of the socket.

TIPS FOR USE
1.
Chilled ingredients such as butter and eggs should be at room temperature before mixing. Therefore,
remove these ingredients from the refrigerator long enough before processing them.
2.
Prepare all ingredients and supplies near the mixer.
3.
To prevent the shells or spoiled eggs from entering the mixture, break the eggs into a separate container
before adding them to the other ingredients.
4.
When whipping the egg whites, make sure that the bowl and beaters are clean and dry. Even the least
amount of fat on the beaters or in the bowls may cause the whipping of the egg whites be unsuccessful.
5.
Always start whipping slowly. Increase gradually the speed to the one recommended in the recipe.
6.
Do not whip excessively. Be careful to mix only those ingredients that are listed in the recipe. Stir in the dry
ingredients carefully. Always use the lowest speed. At any stage of the mixing can overmixing cause the
mixture to harden, not to rise or shrink. Climatic conditions, seasonal temperature changes, temperature
of ingredients or their change in structure all play a role in setting the whipping time and achieving the
desired result.
7.
The ingredients may spray out of the bowl during mixing.
Scrape the bowl with a plastic or rubber spatula after removing the beaters.
NEVER USE A KNIFE, METAL SPOON OR FORK, you could damage the bowl or the beaters. Occasionally
scraping ingredients from the sides of the bowl during mixing, after adding other ingredients, will help
ensure a better result.
