Sharpening of blades
To keep cutting quality and to obtain the best
performance of your animal ration shredder, keep
blades in good working conditions. Periodically
check the status of the blades, sharpening them
whenever necessary.
With the machine off:
1. Open the cover.
2. Disassemble all rotor blades, removing securing
screws (A).
3. Sharpen each blade, trying to keep the original
cutting inclination. Whenever sharpening, be
careful to always remove the same amount of
material from each blade not to impair rotor
balance which may cause vibration.
4. Reassemble blades on rotor.
