Warranty and compensation for damage:
If your appliance is non-operational due to a manufacturing or
material defect, we will carry out repairs free of charge for 24
months from the date of purchase (date on proof of purchase or
receipt).
Batteries are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from non-compliance or
only partial compliance with these instructions for use.
Any further claims such as compensation for damage are
likewise excluded.
Please send your appliance to our service centre address
together with your proof of purchase or receipt and a description
of the complaint. Please also attach the
warranty documents if you would like to file a claim under
warranty.
