Press and keep the "MEM" button pressed for 3 seconds while
the device is turned off. The device will turn on and then release
your finger. Then press the "MEM" button again and you will see a
column on the left-hand side of the LCD screen.
The higher the bar, the higher the volume. Release the "MEM"
button at your desired volume for confirmation.
Connecting the cuff to the monitor
Insert the cuff tubing connector into the plug on the left-hand side
of the monitor. Ensure that the connector is fully inserted to prevent
air leaks during blood pressure readings.
Taking a reading
Place the cuff on the top section of your left arm and adjust it, placing
the air pipe at the centre of your arm in line with your middle finger.
You should be able to insert a finger between your arm and the cuff.
Rest for about 5 minutes before taking the reading Failure to do so
may cause deviations.
You can take your pressure reading lying calmly and straight or sit-
ting upright, supporting your arm on a table, ensuring that the arm
rests at the height of your heart.
Rest your hand on the table with your palm facing upwards.
We recommend taking the reading from the left arm. However, if
this cannot be done, you can do it with the right arm, remembering
that all readings must be taken from the same arm.
The diameter of the arm that can be used with the product is
indicated on the cuff. Do not use the product if the diameter of your
arm is outside of the margin indicated.
Any piece of clothing that may be exercising pressure on your arm
must be removed.
Steps for taking a reading:
1) Press the on/off button.
2) The screen will display all the symbols of the same. You will
then be presented with the option of selecting a user on the screen
with the symbol U1, U2, U3 and U4. Change the user by pressing
the "MEM" button to confirm and press the on/off button. You can
