7. Working life

7.1 Transport and storage

Damage due to transport and storage is to be reported to the line manager and to
RK Rose+Krieger GmbH immediately.
The product is to be checked by qualified staff for visual and functional damage.
It is forbidden to start up damaged controllers.
The following environmental conditions are laid down for controller storage:
•
contact with solvent-based paints must be avoided
•
lowest/highest ambient temperature: -25°C/+60°C
•
Relative humidity in storage: falling below the dewpoint is not allowed
Divergent environmental factors must be approved by RK Rose+Krieger GmbH.

7.2 Installation

7.2.1 General
The controller is only to be fixed at the points laid down for the installation.
Layout of electrical leads
When laying out electrical leads, ensure that
•
these cannot be crimped,
•
no mechanical load is exerted on them,
•
they are undamaged in any other way and
•
obstacles do not pose any risks to persons.
