7 Description
The power supply unit is suitable for all experiments involving electrical engineering/electronic components
as well as supplying power to other components with a nominal voltage of 24 V DC.
The mains connection is made using an IEC power connector (IEC 60320, C13). The unit is switched on and
off via two poles by means of the illuminated mains switch.
An LED is used to indicate that the DC output is ready for use. The DC output is protected against short-
circuiting and overloading.
Output voltage is electrically isolated. Output voltage can be connected to ground potential by means of an
external connection between the 0 V terminal and the protective grounding terminal.
The unit has a resettable 4 A fuse. This trips in the event of an overload and can be reset by the user after a
short cool-down time (20 s).
A maximum of one power supply unit can be operated in the ER mounting frame
(order nos. 539022 and 539033).
