What to do before calling the After Sales
Service
Malfunction
"Er 2"appears on the
indicator panel
The clock display screen
flashes.
A 5" appears on the time
display.
The error message Er 1" or
Er 4" appears on the
indicator panel.
The error message "Er 11"
appears on the indicator
panel.
The error message "Er 15"
appears on the indicator
panel.

Quite often, when there is a malfunction, it is merely a
case of a small irregularity which is easy to rectify. Be
fore calling the After Sales Service, you should refer to
these guidelines.
Possible cause
Your oven has been
wrongly connected to a
mains voltage which is too
high.
Power failure.
The automatic time limit
has been set.
The temperature sensor
does not work.
A button has been pressed
for too long, or the button
has got stuck.
The oven is too hot.
Repairs should only be carried out by personnel
from the After Sales Service.
An appliance which has been repaired incorrectly can
be extremely dangerous.
Suggestions/Solution
Disconnect the appliance immediately
and check the wiring diagram.
Reset the time on the clock.
Turn the function control knob to
position 0.
Notify the After Sales Service.
Press each of the buttons in turn to
check that they are working.
Leave it to cool down for a few seconds.
The error disappears when the
temperature decreases. If you open the
oven door to make it cool down more
quickly, be careful of any steam which
the oven may give off.
