2.6. Connect the appliance to the mains. Remember that in damp places or outdoor instal-
lations, the mains socket must be at least 25 cm above ground level and make sure the
cable does not touch the ground.
2.7. Using the double switch you can control the number of lamps in operation:

3. SEASONAL STORAGE
3.1. Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool down for a few minutes.
3.2. Pull the safety pins to fold back the resistances.
The appliance has an automatic disconnection system for safety, by which the appli-
ance will not work if the resistance are folded
3.3. Close the parasol.
4. MAINTENANCE
4.1. Before starting any maintenance operation, do not forget to disconnect the appliance
from the power supply and allow it to cool down for a few minutes.
4.2. This product requires no specific maintenance. It only needs regular cleaning to avoid
the accumulation of dust on the lamps, as this could cause it to overheat. Clean the
lamps with a small paintbrush and the body of the appliance with a damp cloth.
4.3. If any parts need to be replaced, this should be done by qualified personnel, so please
contact the network of Official S&P Service Agents, to ensure correct technical assis-
tance.
4.4. Do not immerse the appliance or spray water on it.
4.5. If the appliance is not going to be used for a long period of time, it is recommended to
store it in a protected place.
